Every wedding begins with a conversation.
After your inquiry, we'll schedule a consultation call to learn more about you, your wedding, and what's most important for your day. It's an opportunity to ask questions, walk through collections, and make sure we're the right fit for one another.
When you're ready to move forward, reserving your date is simple. You'll complete your agreement, submit your retainer, and receive access to your custom booking portal with your contract and invoice.
Once everything is complete, we'll schedule your first planning call and begin preparing for the celebration ahead.
Signature and Thoughtful Planning
Beautiful photographs are rarely the result of luck. They're the result of preparation.
Instead of relying on lengthy questionnaires, we'll connect through four personalized planning video calls leading up to your wedding. Together, we'll build your timeline, organize family portraits, discuss locations, and prepare for the moments that matter most. Leading up to your wedding, you may reach out to us anytime via text or e-mail and you can expect to see a few emails and texts from us as well.
Timeline for our planning calls are as follows:
- Planning Call 1: 6-9 months before Wedding
- Planning Call 2: 2-3 months before Wedding
- Panning Call 3: 4-6 weeks before Wedding
- Planning Call 4: 1-2 Weeks before your Wedding. Usually this is a quick check-in via video call, phone call, or text.
By the time your wedding day arrives, you'll know exactly what to expect, allowing you to focus on celebrating instead of worrying about logistics.
Your Wedding Day
This is where all the planning comes together.
I arrive 30-60 minutes before coverage begins to document the atmosphere and meaningful details before guests arrive. Throughout the day, my approach is calm, observant, and intentional. I will provide guidance when it's helpful and stepping back when genuine moments naturally unfold.
Your wedding shouldn't revolve around photography. Photography should revolve around your wedding.
My goal is to create timeless photographs while protecting the experience that makes them meaningful.
A First Look at Your Story
Within 2-3 business days after your wedding, you'll receive a thoughtfully curated set of digital proofs highlighting moments of your wedding day.
These early images allow you to relive the excitement, share with family and friends, and begin celebrating your new chapter while your complete collection is being carefully crafted.
Your Gallery Reveal
Your full gallery is delivered within 8–12 weeks.
Rather than simply sending a download link, we'll schedule a personal reveal call to experience your wedding story together. We'll revisit the moments that made your day uniquely yours, answer any questions, and begin exploring how you'd like to enjoy these photographs for years to come.
It's one of my favorite parts of the entire experience because your wedding deserves more than a notification that your gallery is ready. It deserves to be celebrated.
Living With Your Memories
Long after the wedding day has passed, your photographs become part of your family's story.
While digital galleries make it easy to share your memories, some moments deserve to be experienced beyond a screen.

During your reveal call, we'll explore custom albums and wall art designed to preserve your story in a way that feels personal to you.
