Thoughtful Planning. Honest Storytelling. Crafted for a Lifetime.

A wedding is more than a celebration.

It's the coming together of family, friends, traditions, and the beginning of a new chapter. Long after the music fades and the flowers are gone, the moments you shared become part of your story.

That's why I believe wedding photography should do more than document how your day looked.

It should preserve how it felt.

Hi, I'm Wornden.

For more than a decade, I've photographed everything from community events and professional sports to corporate milestones and weddings throughout Washington, DC, Maryland, Virginia, and beyond.

Every assignment taught me something different, but one lesson has remained the same:

The most meaningful photographs aren't created by forcing moments.

They're created by recognizing them.

That belief shapes every wedding I photograph.

Built Through Thoughtful Planning

The best wedding days don't happen by chance.

Neither do the photographs that come from them.

That's why every couple receives a guided planning experience leading up to the wedding.

Through four personalized planning calls, we'll build your timeline, organize family portraits, talk through meaningful moments, and prepare for the unexpected.

By the time your wedding day arrives, my goal is simple:

To help you feel so prepared that you can stop thinking about photography altogether and simply enjoy the people you've gathered to celebrate with.

When you're fully present, the photographs become more honest.

Living With Your Memories

One of the reasons I believe so strongly in albums and artwork is because I don't think your wedding photographs should disappear into a folder you'll rarely open.

Your digital proofs make it easy to revisit your memories, share them with family and friends, and preserve them for the future.

But some moments deserve to become part of your everyday life.

A wedding album waiting on your coffee table.

A framed photograph that catches your eye as you walk through your home.

The pages you flip through together on your anniversary.

The memories you one day share with your children or grandchildren.

Those experiences happen because your photographs are present—not because they're stored away.

That's why I believe photographs aren't simply meant to be delivered.

They're meant to be lived with.

My Promise

From our first conversation through your Gallery Reveal, my commitment is to provide more than beautiful photographs.

I want you to feel prepared.

Supported. Comfortable. Free to be fully present on one of the most meaningful days of your life.

Because when that happens, the photographs become something far greater than images.

They become a story you'll continue returning to for years to come.
